The rental fee varies depending on how many hours you book and the type of event. The rental fee includes the rental of the venue, tables, and chairs. We also provide complementary trashbags , toilet paper , and paper towels for your event.

Include all hours needed in the booking. The booking start and end time must include the set up time and break down time if needed. The renter must leave out on time.The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Tip: Please create time to pack and clean up. If your booking ends at 8:00 p.m, you should start cleaning up 15-20 mins before to prevent being charged for an additional hour.

Please be on time. We allow a 15 min grace period before a late fee is applied. The front door is security locked. Our site coordinator will be there to let you in. Please have everything needed to load up on the elevator at the start of your booking so our Site Coordinator can take the items up for you on the elevator. Bring all needed items/materials needed to make your event successful. Guests aren’t allowed to use the elevator during the booking.Our freight elevator is for loading only. Guests will use the stairs. Make sure to refer to VLS Checklist before leaving to make sure the venue is left in GREAT condition.

There is free street parking. Guests are allowed to park on all surrounding streets.

We can successfully accommodate up to 100 guests with room for a dance area. However, we suggest having a maximum of 50-60 guests to prevent incidents.

All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All the tables and chairs should be folded and put away properly. The floor needs to be swept. All crumbs and trash have been thrown away. All trash is double bagged & taken with you. There is no dumpster at the facility.

If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. There are no refunds.You are welcome to choose another date that is convenient for you if available.

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. No nails, staples, tapes, or glues that leave a sticky residue or that can peel off paint.

There is NO SMOKING in the space or building at any time.No Exceptions. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
